We have never had a gas fireplace before so we had so many questions and he answered each one. He was very patient with us. Lol. Scott Did an amazing job! “Our chimney hadn’t been cleaned out in 15 yrs, so we never used it. We called Loftus & they came right out. He inspected & swept our chimney within an hour. We are so pleased. He was punctual, respectful & got our chimney back up & going. Price was very reasonable. We will absolutely use Loftus again.”
