“I had a great experience at 4 Big Tires this Monday. I went in because of a TPMS issue and brought my own tire pressure sensor with me. The owner was very friendly and helped check everything carefully. He quickly identified that one of the sensors had a dead battery and needed replacement. He then had Karols take care of the installation, and they also programmed the new sensor on the spot. Everything was done efficiently and professionally, and the pricing was very reasonable. The owner also checked my other sensors and let me know they were just low on battery, suggesting I come back later when they actually need replacement—very honest and considerate. Really appreciate the great service and honesty. Highly recommend this shop!”
